Texas Security Guard Course

The official online Texas security guard course allows you to get certified online without spending hours in a classroom. Texas security level 2 and level 3 courses are both available online. Regardless of what town you live in, you can take our online courses.

Level II

The level 2 security training course is your first step to becoming a security guard in Texas. It is required for all non-commissioned security officers, commissioned security officers and personal protection officers. The Level II Non-Commissioned Security Officer Training course certificate is required by the State of Texas in order to be eligible to become a licensed security guard.

You can take the course at your own pace and it works on all devices including your computer, smart phone and your pad. You will receive your level 2 security guard certificate upon completion of this course. There is no shooting portion required for this certification.

Level III

 The level 3 security training is required for all commissioned security officers and personal protection officers. This certification is required for all armed and commissioned security guards in Texas. This is the next step after you complete the level 2 course.

Their is a proficiency (shooting) portion required for the level 3 certification. After you complete our online course we will connect you with an instructor in your area to complete the shooting part.
